Dr Delaney is a Consultant Clinical Neuropsychologist with 13 years of qualified experience in neuropsychological rehabilitation in both the NHS and private sector.
She completed the British Psychological Society’s Qualification in Clinical Neuropsychology in 2016, obtaining further knowledge and experience of working with a range of neurological presentations and is on the Specialist Register of Clinical Neuropsychologists.

Dr Delaney provides neuropsychological therapies to people living with long term neurological conditions including TBI, Stroke, Parkinson’s disease, and other neurodegenerative conditions. She has a particular focus on supporting the wider family unit and systems around her clients.
She actively encourages working in liaison with the wider multidisciplinary therapy team, to create a joined-up approach to goal setting, treatment, and maximising rehabilitation potential. Her aim is to provide values and goal-based therapies, to help clients achieve a purposeful and meaningful life.
Dr Delaney is also co-director of a social enterprise, Neuro In Nature CIC. The aim of this non-profit organisation is to increase access to neuropsychological therapies, while delivering them in outdoor environments proven to support regulation of the nervous system.

Ryan is an occupational therapist, who qualified from the University of Salford in 2014 with a 1st Class Honours Degree.
He has since worked for case management and private occupational therapy companies before establishing Heads Up Therapies in 2016.

Ryan and the team at Heads Up, primarily work with individuals with acquired brain injuries attempting to provide community integration, build engagement in meaningful activities and improve quality of life.
Ryan enjoys thinking outside the box and creating unique opportunities such as hosting an axe throwing event for people with brain injuries. He also runs a brain injury football club, providing an alternate rehabilitation experience through the use of football as well as providing a much-needed social network.
Ryan is originally from Salford and enjoys being an active member of the charity, Headway Salford, Trafford and North Manchester.
Ryan says, “We see it as our mission to embrace risk, as we accept the challenge of supporting a brain injury survivor to overcome the barriers that may be present when engaging in meaningful and purposeful activities.”
Outside of work Ryan enjoys playing and watching football, attending concerts and spending time with his wife and three children.
