WE ARE ONE YEARS OLD! 🎉🎁🍾
One year ago, Beacon Case Management launched and I haven’t looked back since. Lockdown (with a newborn) was many things, but one thing it taught me was to seize every opportunity and focus on what really matters to me. I had a very clear vision of what I wanted the company to be. High quality and close knit. This is what Beacon Case Management is. 12 months on, I am proud of how much we’ve achieved in such a short space of time. And feel we’re well on the way to creating something truly fantastic within the case management sector.
Since then we’ve:
📌 Achieved our CQC registration.
📌Employed our dedicated office team.
📌 Moved into our third office space, which now has space for all.
📌 Recruited 5 AMAZING associate case managers, all of which blow me away every week with their skills, knowledge and passion for our clients.
📌 Hosted peer support sessions with other fantastic independent case management companies.
📌 Established new links with clinicians and legal teams. And further developed our strong working relationships with exciting clinicians and legal teams.
📌 Presented at a webinar for a fantastic law firm.
📌 Invested in software that allows for paper-free working, as well as quality technology systems that are modern and fitting with the needs of our clients.
📌 Developed a strong brand and documentation that looks amazing (thanks to Optic Jam) and that covers our duty as a clinical team striving for excellence in all areas.
A MASSIVE thank you to:
🥇Every team member at Beacon Case Management.
🥇Every single client we have ever worked with.
🥇 Every organisation that has entrusted us with providing case management for their clients.
🥇 Every support worker we manage.
🥇 Every family member that contacts us for advice and support.
🥇 Every clinician that works closely with us to support our clients.
🥇 Every fellow director of case management companies who have been at the end of the phone for trusted peer support, sharing best practise and empowering one another.
You’ve no idea the HUGE impact you’ve had on this journey.
Here’s to the future.
Watch this space and THANK YOU! 🙌🏼

Liverpool’s Beacon of Hope
One of our amazing clients raised over £1000 for a local charity by abseiling down Liverpool Cathedral.

Beacon Case Management Now Registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC)
What does this mean for your clients?
The Care Quality Commission (CQC) is a regulatory body which was brought into practise under the Health and Social Care Act (2008). Our company has undertaken a rigorous application process to become a new service with CQC and for our Director, Sophie Benko-Jones, to become the registered manager. We are duty bound to ensure that all our clients receive excellent standards of personal care which meets current legislation and ensures that the care being provided is:
- Safe
- Effective
- Caring
- Responsive
- Well led
Beacon Case Management has been assessed and has met the necessary requirements that allow CQC to be assured that we will provide high quality care packages.
A few words from our Director:
“When I launched Beacon Case Management back in October 2020, I made it my priority to apply for CQC registration. Solicitors can be assured that our clients are receiving care that is being regulated and monitored by CQC. I am so pleased to have a compliance manager, Sally, join my team who is experienced in leadership and management within healthcare and has added skills and knowledge of CQC-regulated activities. Sally is playing a pivotal role working to ensure high standards across all of our cases.”
– Sophie Benko-Jones
