We are looking for Associate Case Managers based in the North West to join our expanding team.
We are looking for:
- 5+ years of experience as a post-qualified Registered Nurse, Allied Health Professional, or SEN teacher;
- Experience working with clients who have sustained serious injuries such as Acquired Brain Injury, Amputations, Orthopaedic Injuries, and Complex Trauma;
- Someone who strives for excellence and can advocate on a client’s behalf with confidence;
