Sally joins Beacon Case Management with over ten years management experience including management roles within the NHS as an Office Manager and Deputy Practice Manager. She has an ILM Level 4 qualification in Leadership and Management.
Sally assists our case managers in managing all aspects of the day-to-day management of support packages including overseeing rotas, inductions, training and supervising, developing policies and protocols, auditing and working closely with clinical staff to ensure the efficient, effective running of the service. She supports the business in achieving excellent standards and targets in line with The Health and Social Care Act and regulations linking in with the Care Quality Commission. Sally also acts as Beacon’s Mental Health First Aider.
Sally is absolutely committed to providing the best possible care for our clients and offers valuable insight and critical assessment of situations. She develops excellent working relationships with colleagues, clients and their families to ensure a focus on safe, effective, compassionate and high-quality care for all.
